What You'll Be Up To: Keeping our electrical equipment and systems in top-notch shape through preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs. Applying your electrical know-how to test and operate machinery and control equipment. Handling 480 VAC 3 phase motor control systems like a champ. Diagnosing and fixing system malfunctions, from motor-controlled devices to transformers. Using your trusty hand and diagnostic tools to test and repair equipment. Maintaining a clean and safe work area with daily inspections. Filling out paperwork accurately and on time. Working independently while keeping safety and regulations in mind. Communicating any safety or production concerns with the team. Cross-training and multitasking across different skills and tasks. What You Bring to the Table: High school diploma or GED. At least 4 years of experience as an Electrician in an industrial environment. Journeyman card or Electrical Certification. Solid experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) is a plus! Experience with equipment like electrical switch gear, motor starters, transformers, and more. Skilled in using lifting devices, hand tools, and power tools. Strong problem-solving abilities. English speaking, reading, and comprehension skills. Physical Requirements: Able to wear all PPE, including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses. Capable of working in varying temperatures both inside and outside. Strong enough to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs. Comfortable with climbing, crawling, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching as needed. Must pass a physical and drug test.
