Position Summary: The Pool Cashier/Runner supports the concession operation by providing accurate transactions, food delivery, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service to members and guests during the summer pool season.Duties and Responsibilities: Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Maintain cash drawer accountability Deliver food orders to designated pickup areas (optional) Maintain cleanliness of concession and surrounding areas Restock beverages, supplies, and condiments Communicate effectively with grill staff Provide friendly and professional customer service Strong customer service skills Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to work outdoors in summer conditions Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable attendance throughout season
