Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Investigate product complaints by reviewing system data and documentation Analyze product performance data to confirm or deny reported issues Conduct risk assessments and support root cause investigations Document investigation results and write clear conclusions for internal and customer communication Manage a high volume of complaint cases and maintain detailed records Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality and process improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to streamline complaint investigation workflows and improve efficiency Requirements: Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering Strong written communication skills with the ability to document investigations clearly Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage high volumes of data and complaint cases efficiently Demonstrated initiative and strong work ethic Nice-to-Haves: Experience with medical device complaint handling or quality investigations Familiarity with risk assessment or root cause analysis Experience working with regulated products or quality systems Interest in quality, operations, manufacturing, or related functional areas
