Job Description

TITLE:  Analyst I/II TYPE:  Contract LOCATION:  King of Prussia, PA ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Hybrid, on-site 2x's per week START DATE:  April 2026 We are seeking an Analyst I / II to support a team focused on enhancing interconnection processes, tools, and overall operational performance. This role partners closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to provide analytical, administrative, and process support. The position offers growth opportunities, with responsibilities scaling based on experience and level. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain accurate and organized records, including both electronic and physical documentation Perform administrative and coordination tasks using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Support engineering teams with data analysis, project tracking, and financial documentation Fulfill requests for data, reporting, and performance metrics Assist in updating and maintaining web-based resources related to planning and interconnection activities Provide support for interconnection workflows, including database updates, study tracking, and contract processing Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders Serve as an initial point of contact for customer inquiries related to interconnection processes and associated topics Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of organization and customer focus Process new service requests and related agreements in accordance with required timelines Prepare and submit internal documentation such as purchase requisitions and payment requests following established procedures Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancements in tools and workflows   QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar analytical or administrative support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Experience performing both quantitative and qualitative analysis Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work Familiarity with energy market operations, planning processes, or interconnection procedures is preferred Experience working with industry committees or cross-functional working groups is ideal Experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems is preferred   EOE STATEMENT We are an equal opportunity employer.
