About the Account Manager - X (Formerly Twitter):MarketStar is seeking an Account Manager to join us in our Ogden, UT location representing X (Formerly Twitter). Account Managers are responsible for working with existing advertisers and ensuring the success of those ad campaigns. They draw daily on both their skills in managing client relationships and utilizing the data provided to make strategic and thoughtful decisions. The right candidate will be instrumental in providing value both to X and to the advertisers they support. Location: Hybrid - Ogden, UT What Will You Do? Lead a customer outreach process that will include calls and emails with the intent of building and managing external customer relationships with continued account supportWork with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on platform.Use client provided and self- guided training resources to stay up to date on knowledge of the productUse data to manage, review and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targetsAttain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targetsRecord customer interactions and engagement in CRMBuild and manage both Internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationshipsPrepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal MarketStar peers and leadershipUse data to drive planning and successInternally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc. What Will You Need to Succeed? This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000 annually.
