The largest device company in the world - with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care **Quality Assurance Analyst I** **Pay:** 22.50-27.50 DOE **Contract** : 1 year contract with extension or conversion potential **Benefits:** Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching **First Shift** (Mon-Fri, 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM) **Second Shift:** Monday - Friday 2:45PM to 10:45PM + Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for manufacturing and laboratory operations. + Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines. + Conduct audits, document non-conformities, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, maintain accurate QA records, and monitor laboratory testing methods for accuracy and consistency. + Provide training on QA procedures and stay current with industry standards and regulations. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. + Experience in manufacturing or laboratory QA preferred. Knowledge of ISO, GMP, or GLP standards, strong analytical and organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. + Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus.
