Controller We are working with a growing construction / make-to-order manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial operations. This role owns the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of the company's financial systems and reporting.Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, payroll, GL), directly or via outsourced partnersOwn and manage Acumatica ERP and QuickBooks Online, ensuring data accuracyOversee month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reportingPrepare cash flow planning and support executive decision-makingDevelop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsManage compliance deadlines (tax, payroll, insurance) and corporate insuranceIdentify and correct process gaps, risks, and inefficienciesRequirements:5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experienceHands-on Acumatica ERP experience (required)Experience with QuickBooks OnlinePercentage-of-completion accounting experience (required)Background in construction and/or make-to-order manufacturing accountingStrong ownership mentality and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
