Budgeted salary is $125,000-$130,000 annually.Job Summary: The Director of Strategy and Advertising leads the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing and advertising strategies to elevate the Company's brand presence and achieve key business objectives. This role oversees social media and creative teams, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels. Leveraging data analytics, the Director monitors campaign performance and makes informed decisions to optimize strategies for maximum return on investment.Responsibilities and Duties: Collaborate with other departments such as Helix Bar Review, the AccessLex Center for Legal Education Excellence®, and the AccessLex Center for Education and Financial Capability® to ensure that all multi-channel campaigns are seamlessly integrated with broader organizational goals. Plan, develop, and oversee numerous multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increased usage of key products. Ensure marketing campaigns and media plans are within budget and optimal promotion timeframes. Manage and maintain the relationship with the advertising and creative agencies. Oversee media planning with the media agency by developing a strategic roadmap to deliver the right message to the target audience at the optimal time and cost Oversee marketing and design strategies across product launch, social campaigns, seasonal campaigns, sponsorships, and promotions. Lead and mentor a team of social media and design specialists to generate innovative ideas and execute creative projects that align with the brand vision. Oversee a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals, including content creation, engagement, and performance tracking. Develop and direct marketing campaigns by working with internal departments to create and develop tactics where we can track conversions/metrics to showcase the success of this marketing approach. Collaborate with the communications team to maintain brand consistency and protection throughout integrated communications (messaging and creatives). Present marketing campaigns to internal stakeholders to communicate objectives, timeframes, and desired outcomes. Prepare quarterly performance summaries of marketing campaign and advertising performance analyses. Manage campaign performance, including A/B testing, to assess campaign success and present metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis. Assist other departments in implementing and executing various sponsorship tactics. Research trends and anticipate change to promote and leverage innovation. Initiate, champion, and successfully implement new marketing tactics. Contribute to a collegial, team-building work environment and help cultivate productive, collaborative relationships with all constituent groups. Contribute to the overall success of the Company by performing other duties as assigned.Candidate Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs). To succeed in the Manager - Marketing Campaigns and Promotions position, candidates should possess the following KSAs: REQUIRED Minimum 5 years' experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and tactics with demonstrated success required; Experience working with an advertising agency. Experience developing marketing briefs and reporting marketing metrics and campaign results; Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders to build comprehensive marketing strategies; Vendor management experience; Keen problem-solving skills and the ability to provide logical and creative solutions; Superior verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Superior attention to detail and organizational and time-management skills; Ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines; and Computer proficiency, including experience with Web-based applications and database management. PREFERRED Experience conducting oral presentations and preparing written reports. Experience with Google Analytics. Background Experiences.The following are required unless otherwise noted: BS/BA in marketing, communications, business, advertising, or related field required. Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar role. Project management experience, a plus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt hybrid position located in the Company's West Chester office; the incumbent is expected to be present and accessible for at least 40 hours per week, subject to approved leave time, travel and other absences as described in the Employee Handbook or as otherwise agreed by the Company. The Company's standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm.
