Program Manager - HR Product Operations & Business OperationsResponsible for supporting HR product operational initiatives and business operations within the Talent Empowerment and Corporate HR Partners domain. This role focuses on execution across two key areas: HR product operational support and business operations, ensuring continuity, coordination, and resolution of operational activities.The position combines program management, product operations support, and business operations coordination. It requires managing multiple workstreams, addressing operational issues, and maintaining team alignment across ongoing initiatives.Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, and the capability to quickly ramp and contribute with minimal guidance.Experience Requirements5-6 years of experience in program management, product management, or business operationsExperience working in HR, technology, or large matrixed organizationsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detailExperience preparing executive-level materials and communicationsProven track record of driving operational improvements and executing against ambiguous problem statementsAbility to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentExperience with case management tools (e.g., Asana) and Microsoft Office, including functions such as VLOOKUPTeam & Product OverviewThe Talent Empowerment team operates within Corporate HR Partners and supports HR partners, managers, and employees across the talent management ecosystem.The role supports two primary areas: HR product operational support and business operations. Responsibilities include maintaining operational continuity, supporting product issue resolution, and managing ongoing business rhythms and reporting cycles.This is a temporary role providing operational coverage through the end of 2026 and works closely with senior team members to sustain program momentum during a planned leave period.Core ResponsibilitiesHR Product Operational Support Lead deep dives into product operational issues to identify root causes and coordinate resolutionPerform troubleshooting and triage for operational gaps related to product functionalityExecute manual operational tasks including data cleanup, process documentation, and issue trackingPartner with product and operations teams to maintain continuity of support during team transitionsAnalyze case management data, perform impact analysis, and develop action plans to resolve issuesCollaborate with technical and business teams to address product-related operational challengesBusiness Operations Support Manage and coordinate the monthly Gemba program, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-upPrepare and distribute Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and line-of-business updatesSupport planning and execution of roadshows, including content coordination and stakeholder communicationManage ticketing workflows, including setup and cleanup, ensuring accurate tracking and resolutionMaintain operational cadence by tracking goals, action items, and team deliverablesServe as an operational partner supporting cross-functional business rhythms and reporting cyclesWork EnvironmentCollaborative environment with close partnership across product, operations, and business teamsStandard schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibilityNo regular overtime, weekend, or holiday work requiredHigh-impact, execution-focused environment requiring strong multitasking and prioritizationRegular engagement with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple workstreamsMust-Have SkillsProgram management, product management, or business operations experience (5-6 years)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-level materialsExperience driving operational improvements and working through ambiguityAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience with case management tools (e.g., Asana) and Microsoft Office (including VLOOKUP)Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience supporting HR or people-focused product or operations teamsFamiliarity with ticketing systems and operational tools (e.g., SIM/ITDS)Experience facilitating business reviews, roadshows, or leadership forumsStrong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
