As they continue to expand their portfolio, we're seeking a Project Manager to support their growth across major commercial, healthcare, and hospitality projects. This is an opportunity to join a stable, respected contractor that offers challenging work, genuine career progression, and a culture that supports both personal and professional development.Job DescriptionOversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout to ensure quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating manpower, materials, and subcontractors to keep work on track.Lead project coordination meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.Review and approve contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Ensure jobsite safety compliance, working closely with field leadership to uphold company and OSHA standards.Manage subcontractor performance, resolving conflicts, monitoring progress, and enforcing quality expectations.Conduct regular site visits to verify work quality, track progress, and proactively identify and address issues.Lead project closeout efforts, ensuring completion of punch lists, delivery of closeout documents, and smooth handoff to the client.
