Deliver clear, compelling data storytelling that informs leadership decision-making.Master Workforce PlanningLeverage the Applicant Tracking System, Lever, to optimize headcount modeling and analyze global hiring trends.Decode the Sales EnginePartner with Sales Operations to analyze data within Salesforce and uncover productivity insights and revenue drivers.Lead Spend OperationsOversee purchasing and travel policy updates while maximizing efficiency through tools such as Tropic and Ramp.Financial Analysis & Strategic SupportPerform complex costing analysis, P&L activities, and support strategic initiatives that drive measurable business impact.Collaborate Cross-FunctionallySupport month-end close, audits, and key cross-functional initiatives in partnership with the broader Finance team.
