If you're driven by purpose, performance, and relationships, you'll feel right at home here.The Director of National Accounts & Enterprise Growth is a senior, executive-level sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding margins, and building long-term enterprise partnerships across large, multi-location clients.This role owns national account strategy, identifies expansion opportunities within existing client relationships, and scales successful programs across new markets, locations, and business units. You'll serve as the executive face of Diverse Staffing for assigned enterprise accounts and represent our full portfolio of workforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn revenue, profitability, and growth targets for assigned national and enterprise accountsDrive expansion across new locations, labor categories, markets, and service offeringsIdentify and execute revenue opportunities within existing enterprise relationshipsDevelop account-based growth strategies across geographiesLead enterprise account planning with 1-year and 3-year growth strategiesEstablish shared performance objectives, financial targets, and expansion roadmapsBuild and maintain senior-level relationships at client headquarters and key decision-making locationsServe as the primary executive point of contact for assigned national accountsLead enterprise-level pricing, contract negotiations, and multi-market agreementsBalance growth, margin, and risk in long-term partnership structuresCollaborate with legal, finance, and executive leadership on contracts and renewalsAlign sales, operations, recruiting, marketing, and executive teams to ensure enterprise successAnalyze industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamicsMentor and guide sales teams supporting national accountsSuccess MetricsNational and enterprise account revenue growth ($ and %)Gross profit and margin expansionAccount expansion vs. growth planClient retention and contract renewalsNew service adoption across enterprise accountsForecast accuracy and pipeline healthExecutive relationship strength and client satisfactionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or equivalent experience10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise or national accounts5+ years of light industrial staffing industry experienceProven success driving enterprise expansion and multi-market growthStrong financial, operational, and strategic business acumenExceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skillsAdvanced consultative and solution-selling expertiseProficiency with CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Office toolsAbility to travel and maintain a flexible scheduleSalary & BenefitsCompetitive salary up to $150,000 annuallyFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and disability coveragePTO, paid holidays, and paid volunteer time offExecutive-level visibility and impact on national growth strategyStrong leadership support and cross-functional collaborationOpportunity to shape and scale enterprise partnerships nationwidePurpose-driven culture rooted in integrity, relationships, and fulfillmentHow to Apply:Ready to make your mark with Diverse Staffing?
