What You'll Do: In this role, you'll support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including precision machined components, injection mold tooling, plastic injection molded product, and more that serve industries like Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Plastic Packaging, Battery, and beyond! You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. What You'll Bring to the Table: * Proficiency in operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers - required * Strong programming skills - required * Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings * Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers * Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish A Day in the Life: * Set up, program, and operate CNC Vertical and Horizontal Milling Centers * Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment * Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments * Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Ready to Join a Team That Values You?
