Labor Foreman

Loureiro Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Labor Foreman to join our Heavy Civil and Construction team for projects throughout the New England region. We’re committed to building long-term careers for those with a passion for construction and leadership.What You’ll DoLead and supervise field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality workConduct daily huddles and weekly toolbox talks to promote jobsite safety and awarenessComplete daily safety reports and prepare JHAs for specific work activitiesReview and track labor, equipment hours, and materials using HeavyJobCoordinate with the superintendent on work planning, logistics, and productivity targetsAssist in forecasting crew, equipment, and material needsEnsure project plans and schedules are followed and production goals are metCollect material delivery tickets and communicate effectively with project staffIdentify and help resolve issues impacting safety, schedule, or qualityPerform other duties as needed to support project successWho You AreSafety-focused and confident in leading a teamOrganized, proactive, and experienced in civil constructionA strong communicator and problem-solverComfortable with fast-paced field operations and variable site conditionsWhat You Bring3+ years of experience supervising crews and 5+ years in civil constructionCurrent OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or ability to obtain)High school diploma or trade school certificationValid driver’s license and reliable transportationStrong knowledge of construction practices, OSHA safety standards, and equipment useAbility to read plans and blueprints and convey information clearly to crewsFamiliarity with traffic pattern setups and lane closuresExperience using digital reporting systems such as HeavyJob (preferred) Willingness to join the Local UnionLoureiro Contractors, Inc.
