Bizzabo was founded in 2011 by Boaz Katz, Alon Alroy, and Eran Ben-Shushan and is headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv.RequirementsWhat you'll be doing:Own and manage a defined book of accounts, building and progressing pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound motionsMethodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipelineDevelop and execute a thoughtful outbound strategy to build net-new pipeline across priority accounts aligned to Bizzabo's ICPDeliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and presentations via web-based sellingLead discovery conversations with event and marketing stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and success metricsPosition Bizzabo's platform as a strategic solution for unifying event programs, improving efficiency, and driving measurable ROIDeliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and presentations via web-based sellingDevelop accurate forecasts and maintain pipeline hygiene within SalesforceNavigate pricing, procurement, and negotiation conversations to consistently close new businessCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to drive strong customer outcomesConsistently perform against quarterly and annual revenue targetsWhat Success Looks Like:Building and sustaining a healthy, predictable pipeline aligned to quota expectationsClosing $200k in net-new ARR within target deal sizes ($35-$70k) typical of mid-market SaaSSelf-generating $200k in outbound pipeline per quarter Demonstrating strong command of MEDDICC-style qualification and forecast disciplineProgressing toward expanded scope or promotion based on performance and consistencyWhat you have:2-5+ years experience closing new business in a SaaS environment (Commercial / Mid-Market)Strong preference for Event Industry experienceProven ability to source, manage, and close opportunities end-to-endTrack record of meeting or exceeding quota in a structured sales organizationTechnical aptitude and the ability to learn new concepts quicklyCompetitive nature while operating within a team environmentDemonstrable pipeline generation experience, particularly building a multi-faceted territory plan and executing successfullyStrong business acumen with the ability to connect product value to customer outcomesComfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environmentExperience with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong) preferredCoachability, intellectual curiosity, and a team-first mindsetBachelor's degree in business or related disciplineDon't just take it from the recruiters..."I joined the team because I knew I wanted to join a fast growing tech company.
