Job Title: Architectural DesignerJob Description We are seeking dedicated and self-motivated architectural designers to join a dynamic team in the mission-critical sector. Responsibilities * Contribute to the preparation of technical documents and drawings. * Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts. * Engage in design and planning studies. * Collaborate with project teams to solve technical issues. * Participate in internal project team meetings and contribute to discussions. * Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements. * Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets. Essential Skills * 3+ years of relevant experience in an architectural practice. * Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino. * Strong design and visualization skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Licensed Architect. * Experience or interest in mission-critical projects. * Experience with construction documents and administration. * Project management skills. Work Environment This role is based in a supportive 70-person firm focusing on life sciences and mission-critical projects in the Dallas office. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
