Server Assistant

Job descriptionWe are excited to announce we are hiring server assistants to join our team at our newest location in Naples, Florida. The purpose of a Server Assistant at Lola 41 is to help servers turn tables quickly. The primary responsibility is to clear and reset tables efficiently and neatly. Server assistants may also be asked to play an expanded role and become more involved with service directly to guests. Server assistants should continually provide back up for the servers and continually look for things that will provide additional service to guests.The position requires a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant concept, its history, and sister establishments within the company. The candidate is expected to warmly greet all guests and assist servers with table maintenance, ensuring tables are cleared and reset within 5 minutes. Timely greetings within 2 minutes of guests sitting down, offering water, and providing support for server activities are essential responsibilities. Additional tasks involve setting up, maintaining, and breaking down bus stations, polishing and restocking glassware, silverware, and tableware, and maintaining clean floors. Knowledge and application of company policies and procedures, completion of opening, running, and closing side work for each shift, and a readiness to assist servers as needed round out the role.We are looking for both full time and part time employees for Season (November thru May). We're looking for someone with work related experience, who is available for various shifts including day, evening, night, and weekends.
