The Helpdesk Analysts role is to support for end users computer environments, class room technology, and distance learning tools. Experience supporting 1000+ end users in an enterprise level environment via desktop, remote, laptop, mobile devices, Cell phone support, Android, iPhone, Active Directory reset and access control, device support, such as printers, scanners and other ancillary devices, excellent telephone and desk-side skills, outstanding written and spoken communication skills. Between 3-6 years of experience in a helpdesk setting.
