The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and advisory, particularly within the real estate sector, and will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and leading a team of tax professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly in the real estate industry.Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying their needs and delivering high-quality tax solutions.Stay current with tax laws and regulations, ensuring the firms compliance and advising clients of changes that may impact their tax positions.Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.Conduct research on tax-related issues and provide strategic advice to clients regarding tax planning and optimization.QualificationsCPA certification is required.Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on real estate preferred.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
