The HR Corporate Recruiter / HR Generalist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting a range of HR generalist functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and employees to attract top talent, support employee lifecycle processes, and help ensure HR policies, programs, and practices are consistently applied across the organization.Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and operational roles, from intake to offer and onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategiesDraft and post job advertisements, screen applications, and conduct interviewsCoordinate interview processes and provide a positive candidate experienceManage relationships with external recruiters, job boards, and other talent partnersSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing effortsTrack recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reportsHR Generalist ResponsibilitiesSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processesAct as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and provide first-line HR supportAssist with HR administration, including maintaining employee records and HR systemsSupport performance management, annual review cycles, and employee development initiativesAssist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal communicationsSupport employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projectsEnsure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and internal guidelinesPerform other duties as required and assigned related to Workers Compensation, DOT/JJ Keller Administration, OSHA reporting and training schedules Skills and Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration 3-6 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting with exposure to HR generalist activity Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employee lifecycle processesKnowledge of labor law and HR compliance relevant to the organization's operating locationsExperience working with ATS (ADP), SAPAbility to interface with all levels of the organizationProven ability to multi-task, handle a high volume of work, meet deadlinesStrong written and oral communications skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong detail orientationSHRM certification a plusMC² offers a robust benefits package including: Medical (3 choices of plans), Dental (3 choices of plans), 401K, Vision, company paid Life Insurance, company paid Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Accident and Critical Illness Insurance--plus more.
