IT Support Specialist, Events

Job Summary:This role provides comprehensive desktop and operational technology support for university staff and campus stakeholders, while also supporting Academic, Athletic, Performing Arts, and internal and external Facility Rental events within designated areas. The primary focus is day-to-day desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows and macOS administration, software deployment, and AV/IT support, ensuring reliable technology performance across offices and event spaces. In addition, the position assists with event technology coordination such as videoconferencing, projection, sound reinforcement, lighting, and general event production support.
