Description:Overall Purpose: Responsibilities: 1. Confirm and verify data network design of sales channel's data products; manage all complex technical sales administration, pre & post-sale, of ACC Business products such as AVPN, OEW, ASE. 2. Sales production with general support for team, including direct calls with prospective customers. 3. Serve as general technical resource for organization. 4. Development and Facilitation of Agent Technical training including new Product and Process releases as well as Technical Sales Application training via regular TSSF. 5. Involved in complex feature and network design negotiations with Agents, Sales Teams and end-user customers, effectively creating and positioning available solutions to increase ACC Business revenues, i.e. SIP overlay on existing MPLS. Strong attention to detail ACC Sales Network Support Specialist is responsible for providing support for both budgetary and firm price quotes for ASE & ADE. This includes verifying service availability, creating design via Pricer D, and generating the rate letter via MyPrice. For IP Flex, Tech Sales is responsible for post-sale support. They assist with confirming service availability, completing the applicable forms depending on the ordering scenario. They also help collect/create required documents such as: CSR (Customer Service Recor), Port Lists, Telephone Number Reservations, etc..
