" content="Department: Project Management FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employee Type: Seasonal Internship (Non-Credit) Pay Type: Hourly / bi-weekly Pay Range: $20 - $25 / hour Summary: All Access Staging and Productions is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to assist with planning, coordination, and execution of client projects. This paid, non-credit internship offers hands-on experience in production, fabrication, and live event management. The intern will work closely with Technical Design staff, Sales Associates, Fabrication Managers, and Rental Leads to help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to support project execution Help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client specifications Review project scopes, objectives, and timelines Support sourcing, procurement, and allocation of materials Develop and maintain project plans to track progress Help manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and software Assist with risk management to minimize potential project issues Maintain comprehensive project documentation Verify quality of products prior to shipping or delivery Qualifications: Technical background or interest in production, fabrication, or live event project management Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with CAD programs (Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Inventor) is a plus Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability Ability to adapt and problem-solve as unforeseen challenges arise Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Physical Demands and Abilities: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
