CGP: Collector

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Collector to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Manage B2B collections for accounts aged 60-90 days across multiple locationsPrepare monthly collections analysis reports using Excel and pivot tablesCommunicate with clients to resolve outstanding balances and ensure timely paymentsCollaborate with the accounting team to support reconciliation and reporting tasksReport directly to the Corporate Accounting Manager and support cross-location coordination Requirements: Demonstrate strong experience in collections and basic accounting functionsUse intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, for reporting and analysisHandle high-volume collections in a fast-paced, multi-entity environmentWork independently and take ownership of collection strategies and follow-upsShow professionalism and persistence in client communications and issue resolution Qualifications: Bring senior-level experience in collections, preferably in a corporate or B2B settingUnderstand basic accounting principles and how they relate to collectionsUse Sage 100 or similar accounting software effectively; Sage experience is a plusCommunicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external clients REF#50761 #ZR
