"I enjoy working for this company, they were able to place me on a job immediately." - Assembler, Staffmark Responsibilities: Perform hand soldering of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to IPC-A-610 standards Assemble electronic components including resistors, capacitors, connectors, and wires Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions Use microscopes, magnification tools, and soldering equipment to complete detailed assemblies Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards Rework or repair assemblies when needed Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workstation Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues Requirements: IPC-A-610 certification required (current or recently expired preferred) 1-3 years of electronics assembly or soldering experience Experience with through-hole and surface mount soldering Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, or schematics Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small components Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking Preferred Skills: Experience with microscope soldering or microelectronics assembly IPC-J-STD-001 cert Experience with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters Previous work in electronics manufacturing or medical device environments Join a Team That Works for You At Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing company-we're your career partner.
