Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and marketing operations? The Kendal Corporation (TKC) is seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Operations Director to join our team.This role is essential for enhancing the operational framework of marketing and sales within the Kendal system. This role fosters collaboration across marketing tools, CRM systems, reporting frameworks, and digital assets to drive growth, improve Affiliate performance, and support strategic expansion, all while ensuring consistent messaging about Kendal's commitment to transforming the aging experience.As a strategic partner to the Affiliates and the Kendal Growth team, the Director translates brand strategy into actionable tasks using data-driven insights and sales enablement tools. This position connects marketing strategy with sales performance to achieve affiliate occupancy goals, support new growth, and ensure long-term sustainability.As an integral part of the TKC team, the Director will work closely with the Senior Director of Sales, Marketing, and Communication, while also collaborating with key leaders to identify marketing needs and strategies. Additionally, they oversee the Marketing Analyst's growth and partner with the Creative Marketing Strategist on content development.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Marketing Program OversightCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) Governance and OptimizationProvides operational oversight of the CRM systems across the Kendal System (Salesforce and HubSpot), establishing best practices for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.Support the growth and strategic initiatives of the Marketing Analyst, who is primarily responsible for executing on Salesforce support, training, and the HubSpot vendor relationship.Leverage a project management system to track projects and resources needed to complete projects through a system such as Monday or Marketing Portal.Determine vendor relationships that best serve Affiliates, such as CRM, HubSpot, and Salesforce, training, and support.Sales Enablement & Marketing StrategyWork in partnership with Affiliates to provide ongoing strategic support for sales and marketing efforts.Build tools, dashboards, and playbooks to implement sales strategies set by the Senior Director of SalesTrain others on sales enablement execution mechanicsDevelop and share waitlist and automation strategies for Affiliates.Ensure brand standards are upheld across Affiliates and oversee guidebook updatesMarketing Technology LeaderLead the Website committee, working alongside external vendor, Sage Age, to oversee Provide performance oversight and vendor direction for , focusing on analytics, lead generation objectives, and system functionalityPartner with Creative Marketing Specialist and external vendors to ensure content updates align with growth initiatives and Affiliate support needs.Serve as liaison between Affiliates, Marketing, Growth, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality.System Marketing Tools & Digital InfrastructureSystem-level digital assetsWork in partnership with the Creative Marketing Strategist to create shared marketing toolkits, templates, digital assets, and resource libraries and store on Kendal Net.Ensure tools are aligned with the system brand evolution and determine changes as necessary.Identify opportunities to centralize tools to improve Affiliate efficiency and cost stewardship.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in marketing and sales specifically for senior living communities.A solid understanding of website management, marketing technology, and digital performance analytics.Proficiency in marketing and sales management systems, including CRM, MAP, website tools, and lead tracking systems.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.About Us:At TKC, we are committed to transforming the aging experience.
