Content Director & Producer (Travel Role) Miami-Based (Required) + International Travel (Dubai, Europe) Full-Time High Ownership Immediate Start About the RoleThis is not a videographer job.This is a Content Director + Producer + Creative Operator role for someone who wants to build one of the most dominant personal brands in the AI / business space.I'm looking for a creative partner who can take ideas, scripts, and strategy - and turn them into high-quality, cinematic, in-person content.Your job is simple: I show up and perform. You own everything else. What You'll Own (End-to-End)1. Content Direction & IdeationTake AI-generated scripts and turn them into visual conceptsDecide what content deserves in-person productionPlan weekly content shoots (3-5 pieces)Create shot lists, formats, and creative direction2. Production & LogisticsScout and book locations (rooftops, offices, luxury spots, etc.)Coordinate guests, clients, and podcast interviewsPlan shoot days so they run flawlesslyHandle all equipment, setup, and logistics3.
