Management retains the discretion of adding or changing the duties of the position at any time.This position is full-time on-site in Lancaster, CA.SUMMARY:The Assistant Account Manager supports the coordination, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope,and within budget. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, planning, production, quality, supply chain, and customers to facilitate project progress and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Coordination & ExecutionAssist Account Manager(s) in managing project schedules, deliverables, and milestonesTrack project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasksSupport project planning activities including timeline development and resource allocationCross-Functional CommunicationSupport communication between internal teams and external stakeholders or customersHelp ensure alignment between project requirements and operational capabilitiesDocumentation & ReportingMaintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and status updatesTrack project changes and support change control processesRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify potential project risks and escalate issues to Project Manager as neededAssist with implementation of corrective and preventive actionsSupport resolution of project obstacles to maintain project timelinesTRAVEL:No travel is required.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree.Pay Range: $70,000-$85,000RIDE is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition, religious creed, physical disability, mental disability, age, medical condition, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
