The actual starting rate will be based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications.Assistant Teacher Desired Skills and Experience:One year professional experienceMust love working with children and have a loving and nurturing personality.Excellent communication skills, including personal face-to-face communications with parents, staff, and children.Strong organizational skills.Computer literacy required.Assistant Teacher Minimum Qualifications:BS or BA degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education or related degree preferred.Intermediate PC skillsPossess a valid driver's licenseEligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipThe Gardner School is an academically focused preschool for ages 6 Weeks to 5 Years.
