The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX has rapidly become a world-class event in its first two years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.SUMMARY OF JOB:The Partnership Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Commercial Partnerships team by developing, enhancing, and executing programs that align with organizational objectives. This position supports both traditional partnership functions and expanded commercial initiatives including special events, licensing, brand collaborations, and other revenue generating programs. The specialist works closely with the VP Commercial Partnerships, internal department leads, prospective partners, licensees, and agencies to ensure revenue and delivery goals are achieved. This role reports directly to the Vice President Commercial Partnerships.This position is full-time and must be on site in the Las Vegas office.RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify, research, and engage prospective partners, licensees, and collaborators across national and global markets using industry insights, benchmarking, and market intelligence.Collaborate with internal departments to develop innovative marketing platforms and dynamic, solutions-driven sales presentations that highlight key value propositions for potential partners.Maintain and update CRM systems, including Salesforce and Tableau, to support accurate reporting and senior leadership visibility.Support the Las Vegas Grand Prix in conceptualizing bespoke, multi-year partnerships that drive revenue, activation, engagement, brand recognition, and measurable results.Provide onsite support during special events and during race week to ensure all commercial, partnership, and licensing elements are delivered on time and at the highest standard.Prepare research summaries, commercial reports, and proof of performance materials across sponsorship, licensing, and special event programs.Undertakes other duties within your capabilities as your manager may assign to you from time to time.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience3-5 years of relevant experience for an organization's sponsorship, ticketing, or another commercially driven department.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Salesforce.Familiarity with SponsorUnited, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other self-prospecting and lead generation tools.Established network with the sports and entertainment industry. Ability to craft compelling sales narratives through clear, persuasive copy and innovative mock-ups that creatively bring partnership concepts to life.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and partner relationships simultaneously.
