RESPORATOR REQUIRED Description: Carry out production activites used to produce quality parts, including mixing slurry, maching operation, loading and unloading parts, inspecting, and packing parts while ensureing that production requirements are met. Essential Functions: Start up and stop equipment Read and interpret machine diagrams Record data Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists Measure, mix, and pour ingredients Calculate concentration of slurry Pour materials into mixer or machine hopper Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machineoperators Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators and/or supervisors of any malfunctions Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards Pull damaged or ineffective materials off the line and notify supervisor Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances Ensure parts conform to specifications Mark or tag identification on parts Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete Prepare orders for shipment Clean and organize work areas, tools, and machinery, including the Jet Mill and mixers Competencies: Attention to detail Accuracy Excellent attendance Strong reading and math skills Ability to work with chemicals Ability to read and follow directions Self-starter who is able to work without direction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask Positive attitude and willingness to learn Other duties as assigned Lifting up to 50lbs Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
