Associate Director of Operations | San Francisco, CA A boutique wealth advisory firm serving individuals, families, and institutional clients with approximately $1.9 billion in assets under management is seeking an Associate Director of Operations. In this role, you will lead and support a team responsible for ensuring operational excellence across client service and investment operations. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and play a key role in refining systems, managing workflows, and enhancing the overall client experience. Responsibilities:Managing and mentoring a team of four Client Service professionals while working closely with the Investment Operations team to meet client needsCoordinating with multiple custodians and third-party data providers to maintain seamless account operationsReviewing and prioritizing requests from advisors across multiple locations, allocating resources accordinglyOverseeing a range of recurring transactions and processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirementsSupporting the Director of Operations in improving and implementing workflows related to client onboarding, maintenance, CRM management, and investment-related reconciliationsCollaborating with the Reporting team to provide accurate client and transaction data as needed Requirements:Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 7 years of experience in the RIA spaceExtensive knowledge of custodial platforms such as Schwab and FidelityProven track record managing high-performing teamsExperience with performance reporting tools (Addepar) and CRM/workflow systems (Salesforce preferred)Understanding of processes related to private fund investments, including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate The expected compensation for this position includes a base salary between $125,000 and $170,000, plus a bonus, along with comprehensive benefits such as full individual healthcare and dental coverage. Additional perks include a hybrid work schedule (three days in the office), 15 days of paid time off-which increases with tenure-and 10 firm holidays. Employees are also eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan after one year of service, with generous profit-sharing contributions of up to 5% of compensation, as well as commuter benefits. The position may also lead to an equity stake in the firm after three years of service
