The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and sustainable design practices, with proven experience in leading teams and collaborating effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires proficiency in REVIT and a deep understanding of building codes, construction documentation, and client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of multi-family residential projects from conceptualization to completion.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals.Prepare and review architectural designs, construction drawings, and documentation using REVIT and AutoCAD.Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate client communication to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.NCARB certification and a valid architectural license are required.5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, particularly in multi-family housing.Strong proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD; experience with other design software is a plus.In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and sustainable design practices.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.BenefitsCompetitive salary DOE $90,000-$130,000/year +Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance6% 401K match 18 days PTO and 11.5 paid holidaysEducation reimbursement Professional development opportunitiesHybrid work flexibilityBonus Potential
