Job Type Full-timeDescription Janitor - Full-Time Location: Baltimore, MDDepartment: OperationsReports To: Plant ManagerFLSA Status: Non-ExemptSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-Site) Position Summary Lord Baltimore Uniform is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This role includes the full scope of facility cleaning, daily cleaning, deep cleaning, wet and dry mopping, restroom sanitation, breakroom maintenance, office cleaning, and exterior entryway upkeep. The Janitor also supports vehicle cleanliness by sweeping out driver trucks and managing routine trash removal. When needed, this position will assist in production and special project work.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in consistent, high-quality cleaning and supporting overall plant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Facility Cleaning• Sweep, dust, and wet/dry mop all plant and office floors• Perform daily and weekly deep cleaning of high-traffic areas• Clean and sanitize restrooms, refill supplies, and maintain hygiene standards• Clean and sanitize break rooms, kitchen areas, sinks, tables, and appliances• Dust and wipe down office surfaces, meeting rooms, and common areas• Clean interior and exterior glass, windows, doors, and entryways• Maintain cleanliness of exterior building entrances and walkwaysTrash, Waste & Material Handling• Empty all trash cans throughout the facility• Transport waste to dumpsters and ensure proper disposal• Break down cardboard boxes and place them in designated recycling areas• Sweep out delivery trucks and remove all vehicle trashSafety, Equipment & General Housekeeping• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all OSHA safety protocols• Maintain cleaning supplies and report equipment issues promptly• Keep all work areas hazard-free, safe, and well-organizedOperational Support• Assist with light production tasks when needed• Support special projects requiring additional cleaning or facility preparationWork HoursMonday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMOccasional weekend or on-call work may be required during special projects, deep-cleaning cycles, or seasonal demands.
