JOB SUMMARYAssist in the administration of various tests.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssist with department processes; including, but not limited to: registration, data entry, ensuring completeness of testing applications, test scheduling and testing room seating arrangements.Maintain visual supervision of the candidates; observe candidates carefully to ensure that they are working in the right section of the test booklet or answer sheet, for collusions, cheating and other improprieties or irregularities.Score test if required by Supervisor.Adhere to departmental policies and procedures in cooperation with the Systems office.May work off-hours, including evenings and weekends.Perform other duties, tasks and assignments as required.QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Testing experience preferredLicensing & Certification Valid Texas Driver LicenseSpecial Skills MS Office ProgramsCompetencies Delivering High Quality Work Accepting Responsibility Serving Customers Supporting Organizational Goals Driving Continuous Improvement Acting with Integrity Thinking Critically Managing Change Communicating EffectivelyWorking ConditionsGeneral Office.
