We move fast, work efficiently, and innovate constantly-from automation to new products-so you can make an impact and help shape the future of healthcare.What Nonstop is Looking For:Nonstop is seeking an experienced sales professional in the Chicago metropolitan area with a demonstrable history of success in business-to-business selling through channels (e.g. distributors, brokers, et al). Ideal candidates must have a strong acumen for healthcare sales, relationship building, a consultative style, strong calculation skills, patience for long sales cycles, and the ability to embrace change. Successful candidates will work closely with a diverse team in a largely virtual environment (remote work), combined with significant travel.Primary Responsibilities:Prospect and qualify new client and channel partner leadsSchedule and facilitate meetings and presentations with prospectsConduct consultative prospect meetings with Producers, Account Managers, and Leadership from introductory meetings through financial analysis, quoting, and closing primarily virtually, occasionally in-personDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with preferred partnersPrepare financial analysis proposalsTrack all sales activities in the company CRM systemMaintain a well-developed pipeline of prospectsProven ability to meet and exceed sales quotasWork closely with a team of coordinators, sales, marketing, and account management membersAssist the Account Management team with client retention as neededOccasionally conduct informational webinarsOccasionally attend conferences as both an exhibitor and potential speaker, to generate leads, connect with clients and cultivate partner relationshipsRequirementsPreferred Skills, Experience and Education:Experience: 5+ years in sales, 2+ years in B2B channel salesIndustry Knowledge: Healthcare benefits or insurance experience requiredHealth & Life Insurance License requiredBachelors degree preferredExperience with preparing proposals and financial analysisExperience with carrying and closing quotaSkills: Consultative selling, financial analysis, CRM expertise, strong communicationExcellent oral and written communication skillsHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotelyAdvanced problem-resolution skills and communication abilitiesExcellent presentation and listening skillsExcellent PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs, Excel/Sheet skillsWork Style: Remote work proficiency, ability to travel (40%), adaptability to fast-paced environmentsMust be able to pass a background checkExperience effectively collaborating with various teams and individuals at every level of an organizationProficiency and leveraging relevant AI tools and technologies to enhance proficiency and innovation is requiredWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Remote position involves regular collaboration across departments via video conferencing, phone, email and messaging platformsRequires prolonged periods of sitting and consistent use of a computer and other standard office equipmentAbility to travel occasionally for team meetings, trainings, and/or company eventsPerks and Compensation:Fully remote positionA collaborative and growth-oriented culture.Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and professional development opportunities.Pay Rate or Salary Range $90,000 - $140,000 plus commissionTechnology allowance401(k) plan participation with employer-matched contributions for eligible employees.Full medical, dental, and vision benefits with 100% employer-paid premiums.Mission-driven cultureFlexible time offEmployment Eligibility:Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
