Sr. Technical Project Manager

CMK Resources is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure initiatives focused on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) implementations and upgrades. This role requires a confident, execution-focused leader who can command the room, drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs.The ideal candidate combines strong Agile project leadership, enterprise infrastructure experience, and the ability to navigate fast-moving environments while maintaining accountability for scope, timeline, and outcomes. Lead end-to-end delivery of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) implementation, migration, and upgrade programs Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud engineering teams Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, vendors, and customer stakeholdersRequired Qualifications 8+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience Proven experience delivering enterprise virtualization infrastructure or cloud transformation programs Hands-on experience managing VMware infrastructure initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, or migrations Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex cross-functional initiatives Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward, remove blockers, and maintain momentum Experience leading executive-level project discussions and steering committeesPreferred Qualifications Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation deployments or upgrades Familiarity with VMware ecosystem technologies including vSphere, NSX, and vSAN Experience managing infrastructure modernization or private cloud initiatives Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Experience working in consulting, professional services, or partner delivery environments
