Litigation Paralegal (Full-Time)Location: Downtown San Diego, CA (Onsite)Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience)Job Summary:A growing boutique law firm in downtown San Diego is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling cases in personal injury, criminal defense, and civil rights litigation.This role will work closely with attorneys throughout the litigation process, assisting with case preparation, client communication, discovery, and trial support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.Job Responsibilities:• Assist attorneys with cases in both pre-litigation and litigation stages• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, pleadings, and case files• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel• Review and assist with drafting discovery requests and responses• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation• Maintain case calendars, court deadlines, and filings• Provide trial preparation support and courtroom logistics assistanceQualifications:• Completion of an ABA-approved Paralegal Program• 3+ years of paralegal experience required• Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures• Experience with Filevine, Trial Director, or similar case management systems is a plus• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills• Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal staffAbout the Company:This opportunity is with a growing boutique litigation firm focused on personal injury, criminal defense, and civil rights matters.
