This role blends curriculum development, LMS administration, cross-functional training coordination, and facilitation within a fast-paced consumer packaged goods environment.This position plays a key role in strengthening onboarding, compliance, and operational training by building structured learning content, administering UKG Learning, and partnering closely with Operations leadership to ensure training requirements are completed and reinforced.This is a hands-on role that works both at a computer and on the production floor.What You'll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This PartLearning & Curriculum Development• Design and develop eLearning modules and blended learning experiences using Articulate (Storyline and/or Rise)• Translate SOPs and work instructions into structured, practical training content• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and usability• Build and maintain training materials as processes, equipment, and procedures evolveLMS Administration (UKG Learning)• Build, assign, and manage training curricula within UKG Learning• Track completion and generate compliance and training reports• Maintain accurate training records and ensure data integrity• Monitor completion status and follow up with managers on overdue training• Identify and escalate gaps or risks related to training complianceTraining Coordination• Develop and maintain a structured training matrix in partnership with Training & Development and Operations leadership• Align Safety, Quality, HR, and Operations training calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts• Coordinate logistics and communication for instructor-led training sessions• Support training readiness for new hires, role changes, and process updatesFacilitation & Onboarding Support• Support Day One orientation in partnership with the HRBP/Generalist team• Facilitate operational and compliance training sessions in partnership with Quality, Safety, and HR• Reinforce training expectations and completion requirements with supervisors and team leads• Partner with Operations Managers to ensure onboarding plans are executed consistentlyCross-Functional Partnership• Serve as a training partner to Operations leadership to support training execution and alignment• Identify recurring training gaps and recommend improvements to training content or delivery• Support the development of structured training processes as the organization continues to formalize training standards• This role is responsible for collaboration with other departments to identify and address food safety risks throughout the production process with other food safety team members.• This role is responsible for product quality & food safety and for maintaining hygiene conditions in the plant.• Ensures and promotes food safety throughout the facility• Ensure compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.• Other duties as assignedWhat You've Done And Who You Are• 2-5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or a manufacturing/production environment• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred• Someone that can partner and influence at all different levels• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a fast moving environment• A relentless drive to get things done.• Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinking.Why You Might Like Working Here• This is going to be fun.• Casual, friendly culture.
