To find more information and resources, visit: Description & DetailsBismarck State College is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Automotive Collision Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting our Automotive Collision program in partnership with Bismarck Public Schools. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and helping create a safe, efficient learning environment for students and faculty alike.What You'll DoTool Room Parts & Supplies Inventory Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and suppliesCheck tools, paint, and manuals in and outOrder parts and supplies as neededKeep the tool room clean, organized, and secureControl and monitor student accessEnsure damaged tools are repaired or replacedComplete payment request forms and assign appropriate budget numbersAutomotive Collision Lab Support Open and close the shopAssign pre-written repair orders and numbers to vehiclesEnsure payment is received prior to vehicle releasePerform annual maintenance and replacement of shop filtersAdditional DutiesAnswer phones and relay messagesMaintain computer records of the Automotive Collision budget balanceDisplay and maintain safety signage and equipmentAssist with custodial and maintenance tasks as time allowsSupport innovation and process improvements within the department and collegePerform other duties as assignedAt Bismarck State College, you'll be part of a collaborative, student-focused community that values practical learning and continuous improvement.
