The Cultural Influence Team identifies and creates opportunities that deliver an unrivaled brand experience to artists, fans, and lifestyle brand partners. Working across Sales, Marketing, Production, Content, Social, and Events, the team develops tailored promotions, experiences, and partnerships on both a national and global scale.Gibson's Cultural Influence Showrooms are cultural centers located in primary markets around the world. Each space gives musicians and luxury brand partners a premium environment to connect with the Gibson brand - reinforcing our long-standing commitment to the artists who make our instruments iconic.The RoleThe Showroom Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gibson Showroom in Miami, situated adjacent to Gibson Garage Miami. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who is equally comfortable curating a world-class showroom environment, coordinating artist visits, and managing complex multi-stakeholder schedules.You will serve as the primary on-the-ground representative of the Gibson brand in Miami - ensuring that every artist, partner, and guest who walks through the door leaves with an exceptional and memorable experience. Beyond hospitality, you will drive product placements with artists and brands, support TV and film placements, and collaborate with the broader Cultural Influence team to produce events that deepen Gibson's presence in the region.What You'll DoShowroom OperationsOwn the showroom calendar - coordinating content shoots, artist visits, guitar tech appointments, brand partner meetings, and events to maximize the space's value and visibility.Establish and implement standardized processes and protocols that can be replicated across Gibson's global showroom network.Maintain meticulous records of all showroom activity, inventory movement, and partner engagements.Inventory ManagementOversee the full Gibson family of brands inventory within the showroom, managing the efficient flow of product in and out.Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records for high-value instruments and equipment.Coordinate product placements with artists, brands, and TV/film productions in collaboration with Cultural Influence leadership.Work with CI & Marketing to ensure necessary inventory is available to support new production seeding and campaign support. Visual PresentationLead all efforts to maintain the showroom's visual appeal - including instrument displays, signage, and overall cleanliness - ensuring the space consistently reflects Gibson's quality and prestige.Identify and execute improvements to the showroom environment that elevate the guest experience.Artist & Partner RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for artists, producers, songwriters, and brand partners visiting the showroom.Build and maintain strong relationships with Miami's music and creative community to grow Gibson's regional network.Oversee accommodation and brand partner sales in coordination with Cultural Influence leadership.Event & Garage SupportProvide stage management and backline coordination for Gibson Garage Miami programming and artist events.Collaborate with the Cultural Influence team to produce showroom events that enhance Gibson's regional presence.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with internal departments - including Marketing, Sales, Content, and Social - to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.Meet regularly with the Global Cultural Director to align objectives, priorities, and performance.What You BringExperience3-5 years of experience managing a brand showroom, retail environment, or premium office space, including inventory oversight.Demonstrated experience producing and executing events in a leadership capacity.A track record of building trust through transparency, consistency, and disciplined follow-through.Established relationships within the Miami music or creative community are a strong plus.Skills & KnowledgeDeep knowledge of the music industry and a genuine passion for the Gibson family of brands.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you represent the brand in every interaction.Working knowledge of sound and stage production.Proven ability to manage inventories of high-value products with accuracy and care.Who You AreA natural ambassador - you represent luxury brands with confidence, warmth, and deep product knowledge.Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.Adaptable and composed under pressure, with strong instincts for prioritization.Proactive by nature - you identify gaps and act on them before being asked.A collaborative team player who thrives in a diverse, high-energy environment.Additional DetailsTravelPrimarily Miami-based. Evening and weekend availability will be required for events and artist programming.
