Landscape Architect Manager

About The Role The Landscape Architect Manager is responsible for overseeing and working with outside consultants to develop the budget, the design and then the construction of amenities, monument signage, and landscaping in Perry Homes' self-developed communities. Perry Homes does not have this position in other markets (Dallas, Central Texas, and Florida) therefore there is a potential opportunity for this person to also contribute to projects in other areas outside of Houston. What You'll Do * Select consultants for architecture, landscape and amenities. * Project management * Will work with Marketing on community theming, branding, and naming. * Assist in special projects as needed.
