Our extensive range of services include supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions.Position SummaryThis role provides hands-on exposure to modern talent development practices, learning technology implementation, and workforce capability planning. The intern will partner closely with HR, Operations, and leadership teams to help organize, document, and operationalize key elements of ODW's evolving talent ecosystem.Essential ResponsibilitiesLearning Platform Implementation (LinkedIn Learning)Support the rollout and adoption of LinkedIn Learning across the organizationAssist with organizing and mapping learning content to internal competencies and career pathsHelp build learning playlists aligned to leadership development programs and functional rolesTrack learning engagement metrics and assist with reporting on adoption and utilizationAssist in creating communication materials, guides, and launch resourcesCareer Pathing & Competency Framework SupportAssist in documenting career pathways across operations and corporate rolesHelp align role expectations with the company's competency frameworkSupport development of role-based learning recommendationsAssist with organizing role profiles, development resources, and skill requirementsTalent Development Program SupportSupport ongoing leadership and development programs through administrative and research supportAssist with preparing materials for leadership development sessions and onboarding programsHelp maintain documentation related to learning programs, frameworks, and development toolsMinimum QualificationsThese may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.
