Catering to world-traveling high net worth individuals, their families, and business associates through a network of thousands of full-service homes in over 100 international destinations.The Steward/ess is the key member of staff to anticipate the guests' needs and fulfill their requests as well as ensuring an unforgettable personalized experience for every guest. This role will require wearing many hats from housekeeping, food and beverage service, bartender, beach and pool service, valet, concierge, and personal shopping.Responsibilities:Ensure a personalized vacation experience for guestsManage all in-home services of the guestsEnsure all home, amenities and operating systems are in orderAssist with meal serviceSupervises home team and vendorsProvide continuous oversight and quality control during each Guest stayEffectively communicate with Ambassador, Guest and Home Experience team to ensure all expectations are metEnsure consistency of service delivery and ensure expectations are always exceededRelentless focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfactionCompensation:Starting $25 to $35 per hourPerformance BonusGuest GratuitiesQualifications:2 or more years of customer service in Luxury Hospitality, Restaurant, Yacht, or related areaExceptional verbal and written English communication skillsStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including Weekends & HolidaysExcellent social skills and knowledge of proper etiquetteRequirements:Work AuthorizationJob ReferencesValid Government ID / PassportOwn TransportationKindly provide your CV in English language only.
