The Department provides quality services that support City departments in a manner which enable them to carry-out their community missions and provides these services in a cost-effective and efficient manner, which best serves the operational needs of City departments and the community. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and skills would be:Education and ExperienceThree years of progressively responsible experience operating and maintaining printing, bindery, and mail equipment. No specific education minimum.License and/or CertificatesA Class C California Driver's License.Ideal CandidateSuccessful candidates will possess the following:Experience in a coordinator or lead capacity Experience with mail delivery services Proven conflict resolution skills Effective interpersonal skills A deadline driven work style Knowledge of supervisory principles and practices U.S. Postal Service knowledge Experience with maintaining materials and supplies inventory HOW TO APPLY & EXAM PROCESS Interested candidates must submit an online application, resume, and supplemental questionnaire at .
