(UNICOR), Washington, D.C.Provides the Chief, Administrative Officer with assistance in meeting the Division's overall responsibility for development and analysis of plans, policies, programs, position accountability, and budgets to insure optimum utilization of employee, financial, and material resources.Performs a wide variety of analytical research into historical records and documents of the corporation to make recommendations concerning financial or personnel operating procedures with relationship to past decision precedent and expected revised operating guidelines.Develop staffing activation schedules for new industrial operations. To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the qualifications to perform successfully the duties of the position, and must typically be in or related to the position to be filled.Some examples of this qualifying experience are:Experience in handling complex tasks and projects involving the analysis of a wide variety of disciplines.Experience in analyzing reports, surveys, data and complex statistical problems.Experience in preparing technical reports/briefings on issues affecting the organization.If applicable, credit will be given for paid or unpaid experience.
