Supplier Quality Engineer

• Direct Supplier Qualification and Onboarding * Assess Supplier Performance Monitoring * Manage quality audits and assessments * Execute Problem Resolution and Root Cause Analysis * Establish Operate Supplier Development Program DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * Solid understanding of quality management principles, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes * Understanding of substrates or semiconductor process required * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Japanese/English verbal and written communication required * Ability to operate and understand partner core tool is required (VDA Process Auditor/Core Tool training) REQUIREMENTS * Must be legally permitted to work in the United States * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions * Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications * International Quality Standard Lead Auditor qualification QUALITIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree related to Quality or similar industry EDUCATION * 3+ years of Quality experience * Experiences in Manufacturing * Previous experience with Supplier Quality & Environmental Control EXPERIENCE
