Job Type Full-timeDescriptionEast Bay Motorsports, established in 2001, is the Bay Area's premier powersports dealer.We represent the following brands at our East Bay location:Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Polaris and CF Moto.Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Parts Sales Associate to join our team.We value long term relationships with our customers and are looking for candidates with a passion for powersports, great attitude, and outstanding work ethic.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Over the counter parts salesSales of apparel and accessoriesParts sales in coordination with new unit salesMerchandising/maintaining the Parts sales floorAble to follow work schedule and be at work on time.Able to work at a fast paceKeeping inventory stocked. Replenish displays and back stock. Requirements:Exceptional customer service skillsBasic motorsports knowledgeAbility to work flexible hours, including weekendsMust be organized, have a positive attitude, and driven to help customers.Excellent mathematical and communication skillsAbility to use the web as a resource Also a plus, but not required:Motorsports dealership knowledgeOEM parts finder experienceLightspeed experienceCompensation: Hourly pay + commissionBenefits:MedicalDentalVisionLifeAccidentHospital and critical illness insurance401kPaid time off, Holiday PayGenerous employee discountSalary Description $16.90 + commission
