General Maintenance Technician

The General Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of general maintenance functions, including but not limited to; apartment turns, patching and painting walls, equipment and plumbing repairs, facility cleaning, and carpentry repairs.Responsibilities/Tasks/DutiesInstall a variety of flooring materialsRepair furniturePatch and paint wallsInstall and maintain door closers, locksets and passage setsPerform preventive maintenance on facility equipmentInstall bulletin boards and writing boardsEmergency Generator Inspection and TestSprinkler Piping Systems Inspection and TestSnow RemovalRoof InspectionsPlumbing Repair and MaintenanceGeneral Mechanical Repair and MaintenanceComplete apartment unit turnsGeneral cleaning of facility.
