Team members work four consecutive shifts followed by three days off, then three consecutive shifts followed by four days off. This rotation provides consistent full-time hours while offering every other week with a four-day break for extended time off and work-life balance.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Residential Security Agent (RSA) will perform a critical security function while maintaining a customer-service-focused approach. The RSA will act as a member of the client's residential physical security team, providing onsite security services. The individual will monitor access control systems, support incident management, and coordinate emergency response. We are currently looking to fill this position on a team providing night-shift coverage 7 days per week. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts, including weekend and holiday coverage. Schedules will be established in advance for a '4/3 and 3/4 ' schedule.RESPONSIBILITIESAct to support threat management and emergency response, and be the first point of contact for client security needsMonitor and manage the camera system, access control technology, and other security toolsAdvise and take action addressing unknown visitors, phone calls, and other contactsMaintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication regarding client needs, requests for support, service issues, and deliverablesProvide a high standard of customer service delivery for clients, guests, and staffEnsure client deliverables are met across the full suite of security services Proactively communicate with clients regarding risks to personnel, property, or privacyEnsure completion of any client-required plans, surveys, or reportsAssist with customer service issues to ensure a consistently high level of service Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional mannerConform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructionsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMust be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorshipAll required licenses and certification requirements, including: Currently, this is an unarmed position. Current NY state guard card Must have current CPR/AED/First Aid certificate and TCCC A successful track record operating within a high-touch, customer service environment Appropriate professional bearing and customer service skills Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSkilled in synthesizing facts, concepts, and principles Emotional intelligence and a customer-focused approachValid Driver's License Agent must be of a physical standard to be able to:Patrol Premise on a regular basis Assist client if injured or need evacuatingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSOperational experience with residential security teams, executive protection details and/or high-profile corporate security teamsExecutive Protection and/or Tactical training (Military/Law Enforcement)COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe HSA medical plan covers 100% of the premium for employee-only coverage.
